Theodore R. Duck of Hanover died at 8:45 a.m. March 7 at Hanover Hospital. He was 87.
Mr. Duck retired as a delivery man from the former Bupps Dairy.
He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
He was a life member of Loyal Order of Moose Hanover Lodge No. 227 since 1941.
Born in Bellefonte, Centre Country, Feb. 8, 1912, he was a son of the late Lloyd H. and Elizabeth R. Phillips Duck. He was the husband of the late Nadine E. Barbour Duck.
He leaves two sons, Gerald L. Duck of Santa Fe, N.M., and the Rev. Ted A. Duck of Galveston, Texas; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Bertha L. James of Hanover and Thelma LeGore of New Oxford, Adams County.
There is no viewing. The memorial service is at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover, with his son, the Rev. Ted A. Duck, and his pastor, the Rev. Douglas Johnson, officiating.
Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
