It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Donald Clifton Bansen Jr. of Bradenton, Florida, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 101, on October 6, 2021.
He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Donald C. Bansen and Ann Sherwood Bansen; his former wife Meryl Gates Bansen; his wife Betty Marshall Bansen; and his children, Bruce Bansen, Barbara Sackstein (Howard), Beth Bansen and Donald C. Bansen, III. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, two step grandchildren, one great-grandchild, six step great grandchildren and one great-great stepgrandchild.
He was a volunteer (Courier) at Blake Medical Center from 1985 until 2020 when the pandemic cut that short.
