N. Jane Slonaker, 77, of Silver Spring Township, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2002, in Holy Spirit Hospital.
Born Jan. 14, 1925, in New Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late Jerry M. and Merian Sadler Slonaker.
Ms. Slonaker, a graduate of Mechanicsburg High School, was a retired employee of the Ships Parts Control Center in Hampden Township.
She was a member of St. Stephen’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, New Kingstown, and the West Shore NARFE.
Ms. Slonaker is survived by a sister, Mary Lou Rider of Mechanicsburg; four nieces, seven grandnephews and a grandniece.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Stephen’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 30 Carlisle Pike, New Kingstown, with the Rev. Kevin T. Shively officiating. Burial will be in Longsdorf Cemetery, New Kingstown.
Friends may call from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Myers Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, is in charge of the arrangements.
